The Conferderation for Organization Development, Excellence and Strategy (CODES) is a not-for-profit company, registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. We serve as a trusted bridge between individuals, enterprises, government institutions and international investors — applying everything we do to a single social purpose: sustainable, inclusive growth for India.
CODES is not a commercial consultancy, a staffing agency or a job board. As a Section 8 company, we are legally and structurally a not-for-profit: our income is applied solely to advancing our objects, and no profits are distributed to members or directors.
This shapes how we work. When we connect a graduate to an opportunity, guide an organization toward compliance, or help an overseas partner enter the Indian market, we do so as a facilitator working in the public interest. Our success is measured in impact created — not revenue earned.
