Who We Are
The Confederation for Organization Development, Excellence and Strategy (CODES) is a not-for-profit company, registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. We exist to build an ecosystem where talent, good governance, innovation and responsible investment come together for the public good.
As a Section 8 organization, we do not operate for profit. Every rupee of surplus is reinvested into our programmes, and no income or dividend is distributed to our members or directors. We work as a trusted facilitator — connecting individuals, organizations, government and global investors — not as a broker or commercial agency.
